At BioPepDNA, the integrity, safety, and purity of our products are our highest priorities. As all compounds are intended strictly for research use only and are highly sensitive in nature, we maintain a strict no refund and no return policy.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including ordering errors, change of mind, misuse, improper handling, or misunderstanding of product purpose. This policy allows us to maintain strict quality control standards and protect the integrity of all research materials distributed.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item due to a verified fulfillment error, you must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery at support@biopepdna.com.

Please include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. Our support team will review your case and determine eligibility for a replacement at our sole discretion.

Refunds will only be considered in rare circumstances where an order was not delivered due to a confirmed error on our part and a replacement is not possible. Any issue must be reported within the required timeframe to be eligible for review.

We do not refund or replace items that have been opened, reconstituted, used, altered, or returned without prior written authorization.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team to resolve an issue may be considered a violation of our Terms & Conditions. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Return Policy. We reserve the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks and provide delivery confirmation, tracking information, and related documentation to the appropriate financial institutions.
